You're invited to a thrilling afternoon of sport, food, and networking! Kilpatrick and ACC Houston are proud to host a Sporting Clay Shoot, Ethics CLE, and Dinner at the renowned Greater Houston Sports Club. Whether you're a seasoned shooter, brand new to the sport, or just want to come for the social only, this event promises fun for all.

All skill levels are welcome! Instructors and safety officers will guide each group to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Limited to 25 shooters – reserve your spot early!

After the shoot, unwind with a catered dinner from Demeris Bar-B-Q, one of Houston’s top barbecue spots. Enjoy an extensive menu of mouth-watering BBQ, along with non-alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine.

Prefer to skip the shoot? No problem -- join us for the CLE and dinner.

The CLE presentation will be about Ethics in Construction Contract Negotiations and Claims and the Impact of AI in Contract Negotiations. The presentation will address the ethical and moral considerations that counsel must navigate when negotiating on behalf of its clients. It will distinguish between ethical obligations and personal moral considerations, which may at times diverge in professional interactions and negotiations. We will include a brief discussion of attorneys’ ethical obligations relating to the use of artificial intelligence.

Register today to secure your spot and be part of this exciting event!
