The Association of Corporate Counsel Houston Chapter (“ACC Houston”) is excited to celebrate 42+ years as a chapter! Sponsorship offers multiple opportunities to market to an audience of over 1350 in-house counsel in the Greater Houston area, representing over 400 different companies. As a Sponsor, your firm has many options to interact, network, and build professional relationships with our members at CLE events, practice group meetings, social activities, community outreach initiatives and our Signature Event—ACC Houston’s 28th Annual Golf Tournament in the spring of 2027 and the epic Spa Event in September of 2027. Marquee Sponsorship - Golf Tournament Event: $25,000 

Marquee Sponsor for ACC Houston's Golf Tournament Event, offering premier exposure and networking with top legal professionals. Enjoy unparalleled brand visibility and engagement in the spring at this exclusive, high profile gathering.

Marquee Sponsorship - Full Day CLE Event: $25,000 (+ event costs) 

An exclusive Full Day CLE Seminar designed with input from ACC Houston members that highlights your firm’s attorneys and their expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to spend an entire day networking with in-house counsel who could end up as clients. You may couple this with a seminar put on for your own clients who are not ACC Houston members, who could learn the benefits of ACC Houston membership from participating ACC Houston members. If the event cannot be held in person, it will be held as a webinar and recorded for viewing in our Webinar Library.

Marquee Full Day CLE Seminar Sponsorship benefits include:

• Identification as Marquee Sponsor at the Full Day CLE Seminar and throughout year on our website and at other select events

Monthly Chapter Meeting Sponsorship: $18,000

Demonstrate your knowledge and expertise to a room full of in-house counsel at one of our Monthly Chapter Meetings which are held on the second Tuesday of every month and present a CLE either in-person in The Woodlands or as a virtual webinar on the third Thursday of the assigned month. A great opportunity to network and highlight some of your firm’s practice areas.  We are creating value through connection!

Monthly Chapter Meeting Sponsorship benefits include: host a one hour CLE in person PLUS one of the following options: 
(a) host a second one hour CLE in person in the Woodlands on the third Thursday of the assigned month for $2000; OR 
(b) host a one hour CLE Webinar on-line on the third Thursday of the assigned month 

All events must take place during Sponsor’s assigned month.  All webinar events may be recorded and added to our Webinar Library. Up to five Sponsor representatives may attend in addition to speakers.

General Counsel Round Table: $18,000 (+ event costs)

As the exclusive GC Roundtable Series Sponsor, your firm will host three invitation-only executive round tables throughout the year, creating an intimate forum for Houston's General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss the issues shaping today's business and legal landscape. Each event is intentionally flexible, allowing your firm to design an experience that best reflects your brand and client engagement strategy. Whether hosted as a breakfast, luncheon, evening reception, or cocktail gathering, each roundtable will combine valuable networking with substantive thought leadership. Sponsors may feature a timely CLE presentation, a discussion of emerging legal or business trends, or invite distinguished guest speakers—such as economists, industry executives, business leaders, or government officials—to provide unique perspectives on topics impacting corporate legal departments.

Up to five Sponsor representatives may attend in addition to speakers.

Half Day CLE Seminar Sponsorship: $15,000 (+ event costs) 

A Half-Day CLE Seminar is designed to allow your firm to highlight targeted areas of expertise. This sponsorship includes a four hour CLE Seminar as an in-person event (at sponsor’s expense) OR an online Webinar with a social networking component.  This is an excellent opportunity to connect with in-house counsel.

• All speakers may attend the entire event
• Up to five Sponsor representatives may attend in addition to any Sponsor representatives speaking at the event
• Sponsor may invite up to ten additional people to attend the event (e.g., in-house counsel who are non-ACC Houston Members; non-lawyer employees working in the subject matter area such as HR or finance professionals; client business professionals interested in the subject).

Practice Group Sponsorship: $15,000 (+ event costs) 

Host a breakfast, lunch, or cocktail event with in-house counsel whose practice areas and industries align with the capabilities and offerings of your firm. 

The Practice Group Sponsorship benefits include two events:  host a one (1) hour CLE either in person or entirely on-line; PLUS one session at the new Annual Practice Group Conference (PGC) planned for May of 2027. The PGC will bring together all Practice Group sponsors for a full day of timely educational programming and networking opportunities.  During the sponsor's events, five sponsor representatives (in addition to speakers) may attend each event and network with in-house counsel attendees before and after the event.

Annual Symposium Sponsorship: $10,000

Participate in a day-long, multi-sponsor seminar covering a variety of topics. Highlight one of your firm’s areas of expertise and network with in-house counsel at lunch and the cocktail reception following the Symposium. This sponsorship includes: One 50-minute CLE presentation at ACC Houston’s Annual Symposium, scheduled to be held on August 27, 2027.

All speakers are invited to attend the entire day-long event including luncheon featuring the Symposium’s keynote speaker and the Annual Symposium Networking Social reception at the conclusion of the programming.  Each firm receives up to five complimentary tickets, in addition to speakers. We welcome each Symposium Sponsor to bring marketing materials and swag for the attendees the day of the event.  A designated space will be available.

Annual Symposium Lunch Time Sponsorship: $6,500

Host the seated Lunch with ACC Houston's scheduled Keynote speaker for the Annual Symposium. All of the Symposium panelists and all attendees at the Symposium are invited to the Lunch and Keynote.

Up to five Sponsor representative may attend the entire day’s events

Annual Symposium Networking Social: $7,000

Host the networking reception event at the conclusion of the Annual Symposium. ACC Houston has historically offered raffle prizes to the participants. Some Sponsors who present at the Symposium also provide raffle prizes. The Symposium panelists and all attendees at the Symposium are invited to the Networking Social Reception.

Up to five Sponsor representative may attend the entire day’s events

The Ethical Edge Sponsorship: $10,000

Participate in a half-long, multi-sponsor seminar covering a variety of ethical topics. Highlight one of your firm’s areas of expertise and network with in-house counsel at breaks and the cocktail reception to cap off the day. This sponsorship includes: One 50-minute CLE presentation at ACC Houston’s Ethical Edge event, scheduled to be held on February 5, 2027.

All speakers are invited to attend the entire event including the Networking Social reception at the conclusion of the programming.  Each firm receives up to five complimentary tickets, in addition to speakers.

Additional benefits include:

• One Golf Team at the Golf Event
• Two Sponsor representatives at the golf reception

 

The Ethical Edge Networking Breaks Sponsorship: $5,000

Host all of the networking breaks at this year's Ethical Edge event.

Up to five Sponsor representative may attend the entire day’s events

The Ethical Edge Networking Social: $6,500

Host the networking reception event at the conclusion of the Ethical Edge Seminar. ACC Houston has historically offered raffle prizes to the participants. Some Sponsors who present at the event will also provide raffle prizes. The  panelists and all attendees at the event are invited to the Networking Social Reception.

Up to five Sponsor representative may attend the entire day’s events

Single Webinar CLE Sponsorship: $6,000 

Host a one (1) hour CLE focusing on a best practices, ethics, compliance or other timely “hot topic” featuring an area of your firm’s expertise and network with in-house counsel in a virtual setting with the use of “break-out” rooms or virtual “office hours” for questions and answers in post-event sessions. Unlimited number of employees from sponsoring firm may be invited to attend the webinar.  All webinars may be recorded at Sponsor’s option and added to our Webinar Library for members to obtain CLE credit for up to one year from the date of the original broadcast.

Additional benefits include:

Special Interest Sponsorships

Special Interest - Scholarship Champion: $8,000 (+ event costs for an additional event)

Named as Scholarship Champion (Sponsor) on the ACC Houston website and at the Scholarship Reception and Dinner, held in the spring 2027.  Each Sponsor will enjoy a night of great food and networking honoring the recipients of our Law School Scholarships.

• Up to five Sponsor representatives and their guest/spouse attend the Reception and Dinner;
• One Sponsor representative is invited to give a short testimonial on behalf of their firm during the dinner at the Reception and Dinner; 
• Sponsors may elect to receive resumes of Scholarship Recipients for clerkship or internship opportunities;
• Ability to provide promotional items at the Scholarship Reception and Dinner

 

Additional benefits include: 

• Host a separate one hour CLE event either in person or entirely on-line as a webinar.  CLE should focus on the advancement of young professionals in the legal community (Sponsor covers event costs for in-person events). All webinar events may be recorded at Sponsor’s option and added to our Webinar Library.
• One Golfer at the Annual Golf Tournament
• Two Representatives at the golf reception

 

Special Interest - Pro Bono Ally: $5,000 

Named as Pro Bono Ally on the ACC Houston website and at the Scholarship Reception and Dinner, held in the spring 2027.  Each Sponsor will enjoy a night of great food and networking honoring the recipients of our Law School Scholarships.

• Up to two Sponsor representatives and their guest/spouse attend the Scholarship Reception and Dinner;
• Sponsors may elect to receive resumes of Law School Scholarship Recipients for clerkship or internship opportunities;
• Ability to provide promotional items at the Scholarship Reception and Dinner

 

Additional benefits include: 

• If the opportunity becomes available, be a named Sponsor for a diverse candidate’s unpaid internship with a government agency or non-profit organization with an equal access to the law focus, or similar position

 

Special Interest Sponsorship - Annual Holiday Market $6,500 (+ event costs) 

Our Annual Holiday Market brings together ACC Houston's in-house counsel members for an evening of networking, seasonal cheer, and shopping with 5–10 local small business artisans and craft vendors. Held this year on November 4, 2027, this unique event offers attendees the opportunity to connect with colleagues while discovering one-of-a-kind gifts from Houston-area entrepreneurs—all while enjoying light bites and cocktails in a relaxed, holiday-inspired atmosphere. If you're looking for a sponsorship opportunity that combines networking, community engagement, and festive fun, the Annual Holiday Market is the perfect way to celebrate the season with ACC Houston.

"CLE With A Twist" Options

Wine & CLE : $10,000 (+ event costs)

Charter bus/ses to whisk participants away to the Messina Hof Winery, travelling to an enticing destination while Sponsor presenters offer CLE en route. Upon arrival, enjoy mingling and networking over a delightful lunch and wine tasting. May work with the resort to offer additional activities, including a cooking class.

Presidential Museum & CLE: $10,000 (+ event costs) 

Sponsor presents CLE while participants motor over to the George H. W. Bush Presidential Museum. Upon arrival, enjoy a tour and a meal/reception while mingling and building new relationships.

Lunch/Dinner Cruise & CLE: $10,000 (+ event costs) 

Whether CLE is presented on the charted bus/ses or on the water, Sponsor and participants are sure to enjoy a daytrip to the coast, networking and building connections while taking in the seascape.

Comedy & CLE: $10,000 (+ event costs) 

Host a CLE, followed by a comedian and reception, building connections over shared humor.

Additional benefits for any of the foregoing (or similar unique event) include:

• One Golf Team at the Golf/Spa Event
• Two sponsor representatives at the golf reception

Career Development: $2000 for each event (+ event costs) for up to four events in the calendar year.

Focus on topics geared to all members, but especially to our new in-house counsel and members in job transition, addressing various aspects of professional development, career trajectory, and leadership development.  Sponsors may select as many events as they like, up to four available events annually.  Events may be virtual or in-person.

• Up to five Sponsor representatives (in addition to presenters) may attend each event;
• One Sponsor representative at the golf reception per sponsorship with a maximum of two attendees total.
  
• Featured recognition on the ACC Houston website throughout 2027, and on a customized Sponsor Spotlight Page.

Law & Leadership: $8000 (+ event costs) 

Host quarterly events focused on the nexus of law and leadership. Suggested events include - a General Counsel Panel; Board Service: For Profits and Nonprofit Perspectives; CEO Expectations: Insights for General Counsel and Law Departments; and Positioning Yourself for a General Counsel role.

• Up to five Sponsor representatives (in addition to presenters) may attend each event;
• One curated Golf Team at the Golf Event, and two Sponsor Representatives at the golf reception.
  
• Featured recognition on the ACC Houston website throughout 2027, and on a customized Sponsor Spotlight Page.

ACC Global Annual Meeting Houston Chapter Event Sponsorship: Cost TBD 

(Open only to ACC sponsors at the global level) solo or together with other ACCH/ACC Sponsors, sponsor a happy hour, dinner, after-hours party or other event for/focused on Texas lawyers at the ACC Annual Meeting. Contact Executive Director Elena Baer for additional details and planning.

Strictly Social

Social Sponsorship: $4,000 (+ event costs)

Host an outing at a baseball game, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, a painting class, a progressive dinner, a family-friendly activity, or other social event to get to know our members! A great opportunity to plan something fun and relaxing with great networking! Socials must take place during the Sponsor’s assigned month(s) during the 2026 calendar year.

• Sam Houston Racetrack (including horse racing or more exotically, ostrich and camel racing)
• Houston Polo Club match
• Houston Astros, Dynamo, Rockets, Texans, SaberCats game
• “Backstage Pass” – tour a performing arts facility, museum, or other institution with special access to tour the seldom-seen aspects
• “Hidden Houston” tours of the city and surrounds, highlighting historic events and places, including the Houston Cisterns, Houston’s early history, tour of the 5th ward, Houston food tour featuring a cuisine, area of town or featured chefs
• Houston Arboretum twilight tour with cocktails
• Houston Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens
• A Night at the Movies
• Popstroke Golf; Topgolf
• Wine, Cheese, Chocolate, Tequila tasting – all of which work very well in person and on a Zoom social

December Holiday Party Sponsorship: $10,000 

Show your support for ACC Houston and spread some holiday cheer with good food, drinks, door prizes and great networking! Work with ACC Houston to plan and host the annual holiday party in December 2027. ACC Members and their guest are invited to attend.

• Up to five Sponsor representatives and a guest each may attend the Holiday Party (maximum of 10 people)
