Learn how to use decision analysis techniques borrowed from the fields of economics and engineering to analyze complex litigation. A hypothetical theft of trade secret case overlayed with a contract imposing damage limitations will be used to show how these techniques improve reporting to management, help control costs and improve outcomes.
