Overview

Last year, the Trump Administration rolled back several Obama-era regulations. President Donald Trump also made several appointments to federal agencies such as the NLRB, EPA and Department of Interior that are changing the complexion of the regulatory environment. This presentation will address the changes that the Trump Administration has made or indicates it will soon make to federal regulations which impact employers, workplace safety, and environmental risks.
